Bio:
I’m originally from Peru and moved to the U.S. as a teenager, calling San Francisco home for many years. During the pandemic, I moved to Southern California, fell in love with the area, and decided to make it my home. My background has taken me through business, technology, and client-facing roles. I’ve always loved math, but I never realized how many ways it could be used to make an impact, especially in healthcare. After my mom experienced a serious health issue and I spent nearly a month by her side in the hospital, my perspective on healthcare completely changed. That experience gave me a new sense of purpose and inspired me to earn my B.S. in Data Analytics and a career in healthcare. I’m so passionate about the MDSH program and this new chapter. Outside of school, I love spending time at the beach, watching sunsets, swimming, snowboarding, and spending time with my dogs.
