Bio:

I’m a UC Davis graduate with a B.S. in Bioinformatics, and worked at UC Berkeley’s Hariharan Lab in the MCB department for two years using bioinformatics to learn more about the evolutionary history of growth-related genes. I joined the MDSH program to learn how to leverage my informatics background towards translational genomics datasets. I’m especially interested in research involving human genetics and evolution. In my free time I love to be in the outdoors and read fiction.
